2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all purchases made on the LockPro online store operated by SITEKA - FZCO. By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms. SITEKA - FZCO reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are smart locks and connected access systems designed for sports clubs. SITEKA - FZCO undertakes to describe its products accurately. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. SITEKA - FZCO reserves the right to modify its product range without notice.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, excluding taxes, unless otherwise stated. SITEKA - FZCO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs are additional and are indicated before order confirmation.
5. Ordering Process
The order process is as follows:
- Selection of product(s) and addition to cart
- Review of cart and order summary
- Entry of delivery and billing details
- Selection of payment method
- Acceptance of GTC and order confirmation
- Receipt of order confirmation by email
SITEKA - FZCO reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute relating to a previous order, or in the event of suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. SITEKA - FZCO accepts the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer on request for orders over €2,000. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption. SITEKA - FZCO does not store any banking information.
7. Delivery
SITEKA - FZCO ships internationally. Delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Any delay does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation. In the event of loss or damage during transport, the customer must notify SITEKA - FZCO within 48 hours of receipt.
8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return a product, provided it has not been installed, used or activated. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on the return procedure.
9. Warranties
All products benefit from a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, physical damage, or unauthorised modification of the product.
10. Liability
SITEKA - FZCO cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of its products. SITEKA - FZCO's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. SITEKA - FZCO cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, carrier failure, etc.).
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the LockPro website (texts, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of SITEKA - FZCO or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
12. Personal Data
The processing of personal data collected on the site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, the customer accepts the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of order management and customer relationship.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings. Failing this, the competent courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
