1. General Return Conditions

At LockPro by SITEKA, we are committed to providing quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original, intact and unopened packaging
  • The product must not have been installed, used or activated
  • All accessories, cables, manuals and included items must be present
  • Your order number must be provided when submitting the return request

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been installed, configured or commissioned
  • Products that have been used or whose packaging has been opened and damaged
  • Products customised or configured to order (MySportSet integrations)
  • Products whose serial numbers have been removed or altered
  • Products returned after the 14-day period

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Send an email to amine@mysportset.com with your order number, the product(s) concerned and the reason for the return
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 48 business hours with confirmation and return instructions
  • Step 3: Carefully package the product and ship it to the address provided in our response
  • Step 4: Send us the tracking number for your parcel

⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team, we will notify you by email whether your return has been accepted or rejected.

If accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and validating the return, using the same payment method as the original order.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective product, one damaged in transit, or one that does not match your order, we will fully cover the return and replacement. In this case:

  • Contact us immediately at amine@mysportset.com, attaching photos of the product and packaging
  • Do not return the product without our prior agreement
  • Return shipping costs will be fully refunded or covered by us
  • A replacement or full refund will be offered based on your preference

6. Commercial Warranty

Independently of the right of return, all our products benefit from a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or use
  • Damage caused by impact, vandalism or external causes
  • Normal wear and tear of products
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modification of the product
